How does the coffee subscription work?

Pick a coffee (or Roaster's Choice), choose every 2 weeks or every month, and we roast it small-batch and send it before you run out. You run the whole thing from your account.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

After your first three shipments, yes — skip, pause, swap, or cancel anytime, no fees, no runaround. We ask for those first three because great coffee reveals itself over a few bags, not one — and our subscriber pricing isn't a grab-the-discount-and-bail coupon. If you're in, we're all in. (You can still swap roasts anytime, even during those first three.)

How fresh is the coffee?

Small-batch, roasted in Belvidere and shipped within days. But here's the honest part most brands skip: coffee isn't at its best the second it's roasted — it wants a few days to rest and off-gas. So if the date isn't yesterday, that's the coffee hitting its stride, not sitting on a shelf.

Can I change my coffee each delivery?

Whenever you want. Swap roasts, or set Roaster's Choice and let us send what's tasting best that week.

Do I save money by subscribing?

Yes — 10–15% off every bag, plus first crack at limited lots. Ongoing, not a one-time coupon.
