Ascender: Medium Roast
Rising isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s steady.
Ascender was chosen for its balance and quiet complexity: red apple brightness layered over milk chocolate depth, anchored by a smooth finish of brown sugar. Each cup carries clarity, momentum, and just the right amount of lift.
It’s named for the moments between the beginning and the peak — the stretch of the climb that tests your resolve and builds your character. Whether you’re pursuing growth, chasing vision, or simply finding your rhythm, this coffee meets you where you are and moves with you.
Crafted for those who keep showing up. Who move with intention.
This is coffee for the climb.
Please Note: We strive for transparency in every aspect of our operations. Due to the seasonal availability and natural variations in coffee crops, components of our coffee might shift occasionally. Rest assured, these changes are made thoughtfully, maintaining the quality and flavor profile you expect from us.

Farm & Producer Notes:
From the celebrated soils of Huila, Colombia—one of the country’s most iconic and productive coffee regions. Within Huila lies the town of Acevedo, a standout among standouts. This area is known not just for its output, but for its quality: high elevations, complex microclimates, and generations of smallholder expertise all converge here to produce coffees that are consistently sweet, clean, and bright.
So respected is the region’s output that Huila has earned Denomination of Origin status, a distinction that protects the name and reputation of the coffees grown here—much like Champagne in France or Parmigiano-Reggiano in Italy.
This particular lot is sourced from the hills surrounding Acevedo, where careful cultivation and natural diversity result in a cup that’s vivid and expressive.
