Process: Mountain Water Decaf (MWP)

Great decaf begins long before the caffeine is removed.

Navigator is crafted using the Mountain Water Process (MWP), a chemical-free decaffeination method that relies on nothing more than pure mountain water, carefully controlled filtration, and time. Rather than masking or stripping away the coffee's character, the process is designed to preserve the flavors that make the coffee worth drinking in the first place.

The green coffee is gently saturated in water, allowing both caffeine and the coffee's soluble compounds to dissolve. The caffeine is then removed through specialized filtration, while the flavor-rich water is returned to the beans so they can naturally reabsorb much of what gives the coffee its body, sweetness, and balance.
