We chose this coffee because we’ve never roasted it before.
And honestly, because we’re tired of playing small.
For a long time, we focused on approachable, everyday coffees and we’re proud of those. But there’s another side of specialty coffee that deserves space here too. The kind that isn’t meant to be rushed. The kind you sit with.
This one isn’t inexpensive. It’s not supposed to be. It’s not a “grab and go” cup. It’s a pour-over coffee. A slow coffee. A pay-attention kind of coffee.
We wanted to bring more of that into the roastery. Coffees for people who genuinely love coffee, who taste it, who notice it and care about the origin and structure.
Signature Selections are where we stretch a little. And where you get to taste that stretch.
